With this routine and exercises, we work out the three muscles: triceps lateral head, t. medial head and the t. long head – on the upper arm. This video is made to help and teach those who are starters and the ones who make mistakes by during this exercises.
It’s teaching you how to breathe and get that perfect posture, how many reps and sets you need to do to get more strength and endurance in your triceps. We forgot to mention on the video that you have to do this routine twice a week for a month.
There are little advanced exercises and routines on our YouTube channel. After a month, if you want to build up bigger and better triceps, you’ll need to do the advanced exercises. For this workout, the only thing you’ll need is will power and your body.

Every new advanced workout video for this muscle and for all other muscle groups will be named (for example): “Triceps advance workout No.1” and then it will go with: No.2, 3, 4, 5, 6… etc to the hardest exercises. If you are a beginner, you should start with these easy exercises. You don’t need any fitness props and you can perform them anywhere and anytime you want.
