Kim Kardashian is now in much better shape than ever. She started a grueling diet and fitness regime with bodybuilder Melissa Alcantara.
Now, she shares snippets of their workouts on Snapchat and often tweets about the killer sessions. But what does the mom-of-three eat in a day, and what are her go-to exercises? Let’s find out together about Kim Kardashian’s diet plan and also her workout plan.

This is Kim Kardashian diet:
Kim is now following a version of a keto diet, which involves eating lots of good fats to curb hunger pangs – while cutting down on carbs. She is now eating food that’s cooked fresh every day.
Processed foods like biscuits, breads, sauces and even salad dressing are officially off the table. The diet doesn’t include any snacks and always eating clean requires a LOT of willpower.
Kim does have the occasional treat, like banana bread, but says that junk food now makes her feel sick.
This is how Kim’s day on a plate looks like:
Breakfast: Blueberry oatmeal pancakes
Lunch: Chicken, sweet potato and vegetables
Dinner: Fish and vegetables
Drink: Four and a half litres a day
But, how often does Kim work out?
Kim exercise six times a week, at a time of 6 am focusing on toning her body from head to toe. She works out for an hour and a half before her kids get up.
Kardashian does a mixture of low-intensity internal training, weight training, and high-intensity interval training.
“She loves and hates leg days,” Alcantara told People Wednesday. “But she’s committed! She knows what it takes, but it’s also really grueling. It’s heavy, it’s killer, but she’ll be like, ‘Alright, let’s do it!’ She’s a workhorse.”
The really hard training has been paying off.
“Kim has been getting some really nice results, like with her triceps! She can’t believe how much has changed over the last few months. And when you’re in this deep, it’s hard to go back. She just keeps it up. She’s focused and she has a goal in mind.”

- Weighted power sleds
- Weighted hip thrusts
- Romanian deadlifts
- Seated leg presses
- Leg press machine
- Glute kickbacks on a weighted leg curl machine
