Why We Should Eat More Eggs? This Is Why…

Diet

The eggs are the perfect food for a balanced and healthy diet. An egg contains about 70-80 calories, so without problems it can be part of the diet for a diet. People who have a weight problem can lose weight 2 times faster if they practice breakfast with eggs within a low calorie diet (800 calories per day).

What should be kept in mind?

The negative side is that they cause allergies, both 0.25% in adults and 0.5% in children under 5 years of age.
