  • 1kg brocooli
  • 5 litle small cloves garlick( you can reduce the amount of garlick, and you can put how much you desire)
  • 4 spoons olive oil
  • 1 spoon butter
  • ½ spoons of salt
  • 300 ml veal soup

 

Preparation:

  1. Cut the broccoli in to peaces and put it in to pot.
  2. Add the chopped garlick,the oil, butter, salt and soup.
  3. Cover it with and put it to boil for 10 min
  4. Serve this kind of broccoli as adition to a fry or fish

 

When you fasting or simply when you want to eat something healthy and tasty, make a quick broth of broccoli. Quickly cook, and is healthy to eat.

  • 500 grams of broccooli
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 carrots
  • 1 piece leek
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tablespoon of mixed vegetables
  • 5-6 tablespoons oil
  • salt and black pepper
  • 3 liters of water

 

Preparation:

  1. Potatoes and carrot peel of and finely chop them. Broccoli tear it to small pieces, and the leeks and garlic are chopped.
  2. In a heated pot, place the water, broccoli, carrots, potatoes, groats and garlic. Add spices and oil. Boil the broth until the vegetables soften.
  3. Serve the hot soup with the hall of your choice

  • 200 grams of rice
  • 120 grams of broccoli
  • 1 piece of chicken stack
  • 1 head of chopped onions
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1 stalks chopped celery
  • 1 tablespoon of mixed vegetables
  • 1 tsp chopped parsley
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • Oil, dry spice, black pepper (when needed)

 

Preparation:

  1. Put the rice in a pot with water.
  2. In another pot, put the stack to boil.
  3. Place the onion, celery, carrots and broccoli in a heated pan. Fry for 8 minutes, add the cooked stack and mixed vegetables. Leave it to a low heat for 3-4 minutes.
